Authenticity LabAn Immersive Discovery Experience
In this short-term discovery engagement, senior leaders identify challenges facing their company and explore them through a transformative immersive community approach. Subsequently, these employee, customer, and community insights could drive creative strategies for experiential pop-ups as well as longer-term marketing / CSR / D&I / HR initiatives and campaigns.
Grounded in real-world community knowledge, we generate customized data reports around the cultural, cause, and opportunity trends influencing the workplace and marketplace.

HBOThe O.G. Experience
Soze produced an interactive pop-up art exhibition featuring the work of formerly incarcerated artists, the first of its kind. The experience uplifted the stories of returning citizens from across the United States and offered actionable solutions to end mass incarceration, the central theme of the film. Over 10,000 people including celebrities, elected officials and high profile activists, attended the 10-day event in New York City
Ben & Jerry’s Pecan Resist
Ben & Jerry’s released Pecan Resist, a new flavor to celebrate the incredible energy and efforts taking place around the country to protect the environment, keep families together, and fight for racial and gender equity and equality. We provided project management support, as well as, support with copywriting, and funding recommendations. Ben & Jerry’s also wanted to celebrate the flavor launch with the community. We took lead on the site selection and designed a Block Party style community activation, that pulled in a diverse and inclusive mix of local performers, artists, non-profit organizations, and government representatives.
American EagleAExME Council
As part of a multi-year partnership, we designed and managed an initiative to bring some of the nation’s most inspiring young leaders together to shape the company’s decision-making and culture. This program includes an AExME youth council, employee mentoring, and customized public experiences to celebrate a generation.
TOMSEnd Gun Violence Together Campaign
Soze produced a national tour that launched the Toms’ End Gun Violence Together campaign, with over 10 stops across the country to reach thousands of new young customers. The tour ended in Washington, DC with the delivery of 780,000 postcards to Members of Congress to address our nation’s gun violence epidemic.
